Refund policy

Finders Keepers New York, LLC Holds a 14 day exchange only policy from date of receiving your order. All tags must be attached to merchandise. Clothing cannot be worn or washed.

Sale items, gift cards, and accessories are all FINAL and will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.

Customers will be issued an exchange or store credit that will last indefinitely.

Sending through mail:

1. You must provide your own return label via UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc. (Your choice!)

2. Send it back within 14 days from when it was delivered.
